CONDITIONS OF FIREARMS SECURE STORAGE AND/OR CONSIGNMENT SALE

Storage Fees

CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd Standard Fees (effective 01/07/06 ) are $12.50 per firearm per month (or part there of) thereafter. Excess accessories/goods requiring storage may incur further storage fees.

All storage fees are payable three (3) monthly in advance from a credit card authorization on file with CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd.

In the event Storage Fees become three (3) months overdue, CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd reserves the right to sell or dispose items held to recover outstanding fees relating to Storage and disposal.

“Minimum storage term is 2 months due to reporting and administration costs involved.”

Consignment Fees

CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd Standard Consignment Fees are 25% of retail sale price or as otherwise agreed. Firearms unsold after three (3) months attract a Consignment Storage Fee of $12.50 per firearm per month (or part there of) until sold or collected by Lodging Party/Registered Owner.

All Consignment Storage Fees are payable three (3) monthly in advance upon due date.

In the event Consignment Storage Fees become three (3) months overdue, CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd reserves the right to sell or dispose items held to recover outstanding fees relating to Storage, Consignment and disposal.

Note

The Lodging Party agrees to advise CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd of any change in their contact details.

CRM Gunsports Pty Ltd requires 24 hours notice prior to collection of goods stored.

ALL GOODS ACCEPTED BY CRM GUNSPORTS PTY LTD ARE EXPRESSLY ON THE ABOVE CONDITIONS
