CRM Gunsports specialises in customising Remington Model 7600 pump action rifles for hunters and feral animal controlllers.

Along with trigger improvements we can add a magazine latch extension; polish the action and chamber if required; modify the magazine latch for correct height with aftermarket 10 shot magazines; provide and modify the 10 shot magazines so that they feed correctly. Trim the barrel and recrown for a more manageable length in vehicles and aircraft.

Our preferred sight for these rifles in Cape York and the coastal areas is the red dot sight unit which we fit and live fire zero on our indoor range. This is a unique service which we can offer on all firearms we sell ig required. Our usual fee for this is $50.

Along with this service we also test fire all our second hand firearms before they earn a place on our sales rack!

General repairs and troubleshooting make up the general work performed in our on site workshop at the rear of our complex.

Trigger improvements on existing triggers or custom replacement units as required also catered for bt the gunsmith.

There is a minimum charge of $50 to cover our administratrion costs due to heavy legislative reporting requirements and a basic inspection charge even if it is decided that no repair work will be carried out on the firearm.
